One of the Big FIRST steps in the adoption is PRE APPROVAL from China, and that was completed for our sweet "Li" on February 4, 2015. Basically, China has reviewed our basic info and given us authority to move forward to adopt this child.
I have now been granted the ability to write a letter to ask questions and I have SO MANY it will be hard to narrow down! I can't wait to get this boy home and discover everything for ourselves, but for now a letter will have to do! One BIG question will be regarding his name, but for now we simply call him "Li."
